授業科目の内容
Course Description
社会の持続的発展のためには、多くの分野の専門家と協働し、災害に負けない都市・建築づくり、自然と調和した都市・建築づくりを行う必要がある。本講義では、都市計画・まちづくりの制度と技術の基本を学び、災害に対する高いレジスタンス（災害に抵抗する力）とレジリエンス（災害から復興する力）を持ち合わせ、環境と調和した都市・建築を創造する方法について理解を深める。
14回の講義のうち1回は、夏季休暇期間中に東京都内のまちづくりの事例を視察研修する。また、防災に関するテーマ等で外部講師による特別講義を2～3回の授業で行う。
To build a sustainable society, we need to develop cities and buildings with strength against disasters and harmony with nature through the collaboration of experts of many fields. This course instructs basics about institutions and technologies of urban planning and development, and methods to increase resistance to withstand against disasters and resilience to recover from disasters and methods to harmonize cities and buildings with nature are also lectured.
A field trip to learn examples of urban development in Tokyo will be conducted during a summer holiday period as one of fourteen classes. In addition, several special lectures on disaster reduction, etc. will be delivered by visiting lecturers.
