[LECTURE & WORKSHOP] BIRTH AND FUTURE OF THE HIYOSHI PAVILION 【講演・ワークショップ】 日吉キャンパス パヴィリオン誕生とこれから
On May 10, 2023, Prof. Yoshinori Kyotani (Faculty of Humanities, Department of Philosophy, Gakushuin University) lectured on “The Power of Temporary Structures: Apparated Pavilion Installation” at the Raiosha Building in Hiyoshi Campus.
Following the lecture, Shunsuke Shimizu (1st year Ph.D. student, Graduate School of Science and Engineering) and Fumika Okuno (1st year Master’s student at the same school) reported on the Hiyoshi Pavilion and held a workshop with students and faculty members.
In the workshop, the participants were divided into six groups and discussed the future of the Hiyoshi Campus using notes and affinity diagrams. The discussion focused on the issues the Hiyoshi Campus faces, especially from an architectural perspective. The wide diversity of participants expressed opinions from multiple fields, bridging the framework of humanities and sciences.
2023年5月10日、慶應義塾大学日吉キャンパス来往舎2階大会議室にて、京谷啓徳氏(学習院大学文学部・教授)による『仮設物の力：アッパラート・パヴィリオン・インスタレーション』の講演、それにつづいて、我々が設計した日吉パビリオンに関する清水俊祐(理工学研究科・博士課程1年)と奥野史佳(同・修士課程1年)からの報告、対面参加の学生、教職員によるワークショップを行った。ワークショップでは、6グループに分かれ、親和図法を用いて、日吉キャンパスの未来に関する議論を重ねた。とくに建築的観点から、日吉キャンパスの課題について語り合ったが、文理の枠組みを超えた、あらゆる分野からの意見が出され、今後さらに魅力ある日吉キャンパスを実現していくための布石となった。
